If there are any problems with your order, please email us at nadine@martinbellproductions.com, within 7 days of receiving your package.  If your return is accepted, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be issued and must be clearly marked on the package.  Returns must be sent back freight pepaid and be received within seven days of the RMA issuance.  All returns sent collect, will be refused.  A full refund will be issued to your account.  Please allow three business days for us to post the refund to your account.  All returns will be approved on a case by case basis.
